All time favourite and simplest cake recipes. Just 4 ingredients and 20 minutes of active participation!
What do you need?
- Butter – 100 g.
- Powdered sugar – 100 g.
- Honey – 1 tbsp.
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Flour – 200 g.
- Soda – 1/2 tsp.
- Ground ginger – 1 tsp.
- Cinnamon – 1.5 tsp.
- Ground nutmeg – 1/3 tsp.
What to do?
Let the butter melt and then mash it with a spatula. Pour powdered sugar into it and stir until creamy. Add honey and egg to the resulting mass, and spices and soda to the flour. Mix everything thoroughly and then combine.
Sprinkle the table with flour. Place the dough into a ball, wrap it in cling film. In this form, place the future cookies in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Have you rested? Now pour some flour on the table again and roll out the dough on it into a thin layer. Cut out cookies using special cutters. All that's left is to put it in the oven for 5-7 minutes. Bake on a baking sheet greased with olive oil at 180º.
Let the cookies cool. If desired, decorate with icing by drawing New Year's motifs.
